General Questions

What is your cancellation policy?

We require that you provide us with 48 hours notice of cancellation for your scheduled appointment. Cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in your deposit being retained.   

What is your appointment change/reschedule policy?

Changes to appointments can be made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

Last Call accepts cash, Zelle, CashApp and Venmo payments for services.  Deposits will be paid online via Square.  A receipt/invoice for your services will be provided to you at the completion of your appointment. 

Is there a deposit to book services?

A 20% deposit will be collected at the time of booking for all services.  This deposit will guarantee your appointment and the funds will be used towards your services. 

In the event of a late cancellation (cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time), the 20% deposit will convert to a cancellation fee and will be retained.​

What if I need a same day appointment?

How do your appointments work?

Our appointments are set up in a block format with an hour buffer before and an hour after.  For example, if you scheduled a TV mount for 9am, your appointment timeslot will be from 8-10am and we will arrive anytime during that timeslot.  This ensures that we stay true to our commitment for being on-time for appointments.

I want to add additional services the day of my appointment, is this possible?

We will do our best to accommodate those last minute add-ons.  Please be advised that any last minute add-ons will be subject to the costs associated with those services and availability may not be guaranteed.  

I want to book multiple services.  How can I navigate this on your website?

You will need to book each appointment individually.  Once you secure one appointment, please click the “Book” button to schedule additional services.

Do you have a specific service area in the DFW Metroplex?

We service all of the metroplex, but will assess a $15 travel fee for any appointment that is more than 20 miles from Carrollton, TX 75010. This fee will be collected at the time of service.
